Put "Do Not Show" Option in "Getting Started" Splash Screen

This setting is currently in the Options menu under user settings, but I think it would be more intuitive and more consistent with the norm for most software if the check box were directly on the splash screen.

 Hi cbridges,

Thanks for the suggestion.

Our worry was that people would turn off that screen automatically, before they noticed that it "remembers" its last state, and always opens on the handy "Recent Workflows" tab if that's where you leave it.

But I undertand the request - we'll consider it.

The status of this idea has been changed to 'Inactive'. This status indicates that:

1. The idea has not had activity in the form of likes or comments in over a year.

2. The idea has not reached ten likes.

3. The idea is still in the 'New Idea' status.

However, this doesn't mean your idea won't be implemented! The Community can still like and comment on this idea. With enough renewed interest, this idea can be brought back into the 'New Idea' status.

Thank you for contributing to the Alteryx Community and the Alteryx Product Idea Boards!

Thank you for suggesting this!

The 'Getting Started' screen that used to appear on start up no longer exists, so this should no longer be an issue.
