Disable Mouse Scroll in the Join Tool

Here is the issue I have, when you are using a Join tool and you have multiple columns that you are joining on (to the point that they don't all show in the
Configuration window), i have a tendency to use the mouse scroll wheel to move down to see additional columns i am joining on.  The mouse scroll controls different things depending on where your cursor is.  If your cursor is over the Left or Right columns then the scroll button will change the Fields you are using to join on.  I have messed up more workflows then i care to mention due to this.  I do not think it is appropriate for the scroll wheel to effect and change the fields in the configuration window and it should only be used to scroll up and down in the configuration window.

Great idea! I've never used that functionality as intended, and it's always by accident and goofed things up as you mentioned.

"I have messed up more workflows then i care to mention due to this."  I am in this same boat...

I spent already hours in searching such bugs caused by scrolling.

I strongly support this if it's possible, since it's very unlikely anyone would ever scroll wheel through a dropdown. Could the scroll wheel just be disabled for any dropdown in the software?

There is no indication of which joins you changed either, if you happened to scroll over 2 or 3 out of 5. I would very much like this.

The whole sidebar configuration view is sometimes buggy from a user standpoint in general, something like frames or similar. Where you don't get a left/right scroll bar for example, so the only way to see something long like a connection string in the input tool is to make your configuration window as wide as your screen
