Add Caching as an option to the Salesforce Input Tool

Pulling data down from Salesforce takes a looong time. It would be a great feature to be able to cache this, similar to how 9.5 added database caching.

This would be ideal.

Thanks for the suggestion, we'll definitely consider as we review and update the SalesForce connector. I'll post updates to this thread.

Thanks for using Alteryx and keep the feedback coming.

Now that we are post 2018.2, just stick a Select tool to the right and Cache to that...

Starting with 2019.3, you should be able to right-click on a Salesforce tool and select 'Cache and Run'. Due to a defect, in previous releases the Salesforce tool was not cachable, but this has been fixed with 2019.3. Thank you for the suggestion!
