struggling to upgrade to version 11.0.5.26351

Hi all,

 

I may be doing something silly- but I find that every time I do the upgrade that Alteryx suggests (to take me from version 11.0.3.25674 to version 11.0.5.26351 (the latest version)), the install completes successfully but when I fire up Alteryx I'm still on 11.0.3...

 

Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong, or has anyone else experienced this?

I'm on 11.02 so I've not encountered the problem, but I did wonder if maybe one of your installs was non-admin and the other admin.  You can have 2 versions loaded and you may be choosing the prior version instead of the 11.0.5.

one was installed under C:\Users\,,,\AppData\Local

and the other under the standard spot in c:\program files\Alteryx

 

Right, that 'splains it!
