I have data that comes in in this format, alteryx then renames the headers because they have the same name. In the end i want it to look like this

Room Number	Reason for Out of Order	Expected Date Back in Order	Expected days out of order
101	Plumbing & Maintenance - Shower/Toilet/Sink	24/01/2020	1
102	Leak & Damp Carpet/Wall/Ceiling	25/01/2020	2
