reporting: additional dynamic header, blank rows, color

Hello Community!

I'm working on my first Alteryx workflow that is expected to be output to excel with a finished look.   I'd like to add 3 additional dynamic header rows onto the raw report, then keep blank rows between the metric names, and finally add some color (doesn't need to be exact shades) to match what I designed the report to look like in excel. 

I've run out of project time and could really use some quick hints from the community (.yxmd & excel report attached)

Thank you so so so much @apathetichell ! I've been working off the tremendous head start you gave me since you posted.  That helped make the entire process less overwhelming.  I just finalized it, and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
