i am trying to push data from Alteryx to a SQL sever via In-Db "stream data in" tool but it drops the spatial object filed (I am creating the centroid in Alteryx)
if i change that to a blob or string then it will pushes the data through but my table in SQL sever requires a spatial object data type.
can you please help me
have you tried pushing the data to SQL Server using the standard Output tool, configured to connect to SQL Server, instead of using the In-DB Stream in?
The latter is mainly used to push "local" data into an In-DB stream.
Hope this helps,
Yes, that would work fine but as i am scheduling my workflow on the gallery it only accepts in-db.
can you please elaborate a little bit on that? You should be able to use the standard Output Tool on the Gallery and write the a SQL Server just fine.
