i have received a workflow that contains a macro tool. and this is how it appears to be

Does anyone know how i can convert the XML config to the original created macro?

Hi @SaadNaser did you recieve a .yxmd file? As if that is the case you are missing the macro and need access to where it's saved or the invidual who has sent you the workflow needs to send you a Alteryx package which has the macro with the workflow.

that is correct @JosephSerpis it's a .yxmd and this is correct it's a missing macro. But i am wondering is there a way that i can understand or converted to the created macro without even referring back to the original workflow?

Hi @SaadNaser this weekly challenge tackled this however you are going to need a copy of that macro in order for the workflow not to continue to error.
