You can try something like this.
If you are trying to write in a exiting column you might be facing Datatype issue. Hence you need to exclude the column and create the same column in a formula tool.
There is 2 scenarios you can check them out.

I think, column names vary, so I would recommend to move column to rows, use a Multi-Row Formula tool to copy the values and move rows back to columns.
I've attached a sample workflow. Let me know if it works for you.
