export date in Excel in custom format yyyy-mm-dd;@

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with output data in Excel. Need the data in output file to be in Custom format yyyy-mm-dd;@ (is attached below)

Is it possible to do with Alteryx?

Also want to mention that I can apply macro in Excel because of certain peculiarities of further application of my file.

Would be grateful for consideration and any help

Hi @Ulyana_22

The DateTime tool will enable you to specify a custom format for your dates. First make sure you have your dates formatted in YYYY-MM-DD format in a Date field type, then connect the DateTime tool and choose 'Date/Time format to string'. At the bottom of the page you can specify a custom format for your outputted date, which will now be in a String field.
