dynamically add new column when having identical values in column and conditioned on date

Hi all

I have this dataset where i would like to dynamically add a column that specifies the number of repeated values in a specific column depending on the timestamp. 

For instance if we have a timestamp user name and ID, if two ID's are identical the we should add a new column saying execution 1 for the one that has the earliest timestmap and 2 for the second earliest etc. 

Do anyone know if that is possible?
