create number ranges using workflow

Hi all:

 

I've a large number of number ranges in excel file like 100010-100099, 523012-523099, 600888-600999 etc.

I need to create ranges and output those in a single field for example:

Serial

100010

100011

100012

.

.

100099

523012

523013

523014

.

.

523099

6000888

6000889

.

.

600999

Can anyone help me in this regards please?
