alteryx Launching error

one of user is getting below error while launching the Alteryx Designer .

  please let us know how to resolve it.

@Inactive User  it looks like an issue of either corrupted Windows registry or system file integrity.  I would uninstall, reboot, then reinstall.

It could be completely harmless, but if has been repetitive; it would be faster to just reinstall than investigate unless it happens again after reinstall.

thanks for the help. actually it was due to multiple copies of same registry in reg edit location.

we deleted that , now it is working fine.
