XML Parse Failure - cell has no column definition

I'm trying to combine a bunch of excel files into one file, but i'm getting the below errors when they're read in. Any ideas? All files should have the same tab name (Sheet1) and the same number of columns.

Should add, the initial file reads in fine in the Macro...!

The directory reads them in fine it seems, but your red tool here gives the same errors as before!

Did you try using the input tool and giving * for filename.

Yep all my input tools are looking for *.xlsx

Sorry, misread your message. I tried changing the Input File to * and I'm getting the XML error again -

But you are able to read a single file right?

The below yellow highlighted says you don't have enough processing space. You might want to close some applications and run this.
