Use of Transpose and Cross Tab with Same Pattern of Rows

Hi champs,

I would like to make the transformation as below but found it hard with several rows having same line item names (gross margin, quantity). An illustration is shown below. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Before I started transforming this data, I used a Multi Row Formula tool to assign the product value to all rows, then removed the product from the " Sales" field. Once that was done, then the Transpose and Cross Tab tools made the necessary transformations.
