Use Marco to access a workbook with open and modify protect

I have a workbook with open and modify protect, and would like to use alteryx to access and modify by marco (R tool is not support for policy issue), any one can help and guide me? Thanks in advance

If it's protected against modification then I would expect not to be able to modify it,  unless there's some more specific information you can give on it.

Yes, but we have to modify the file based on the workflow. Shall we have a demo with simple password like 123 and 456 for help?
