Unable to use the zipcode by county option

Hi,

 

I am working on the Alteryx app and see the UI of the app as shown below:

When I run the app, I get this error -

At the workflow level, see below how I have done the set up:

Please help and guide. How can I use the Zipcode by county as another option?
