Unable to display specific text in the checkbox tool

Hi, 

So the text I would like to display in the checkbox tool of my alteryx app is as follows - 

Research & Development Credit

However while running the app, i see the text as Research Development Credit. I do understand that & in a reserved keyword in xml language and I would have to escape that character. But I am unable to do that. 

Any suggestions on how to tackle this ?

@Rishabwadhwa  Try using two amperasands to escape it &&.
