Unable to activate the free trial from Alteryx designer either in online or offline mode

Whenever I am trying to activate free trial from designer in offline mode - It doesnt proceed ahead after entering the email id

If the same thing I am trying to activate with internet connection ON, the trial is activated is shown in the final window, but then it gives error to continue with registration.

So in either mode, if I am connected to internet or not I am unable to activate the free trial from designer. Anyone from Alteryx if could help in resolving it soon or else it's better to move to reliable tools like R studio
