Unable to Download Alteryx Designer admin 2020.3

Hi

I am unable to install Alteryx Designer 2020.3 as it is asking for a lest administrator privileges. please screenshot below. Can someone points me in the right direction here? Thanks

Hi @JJK1 ,

Do you have admin access to your system I mean are you able to install other software? 

I would recommend two things:

1. Get it checked by your IT team.

2. If step 1 doesn't work then kindly connect with Alteryx support at support@alteryx.com, they will guide you.

Hi Sapna,

Yes I have installed even Alteryx Designer 2020.4 but because other colleagues are still on Alteryx 2020,3 that's why I want to go back to 2020.3 for publishing in server reasons.

Hi @JJK1 , try restarting the system then run setup again or try downloading the setup again and if still you face same issue, I suggest you to connect with alteryx support.
