I have some data from a workflow that I'm trying to re-organize into a more user-friendly version.
Here's how the data currently looks:
Org ID | Submission ID | Name | State | Measure | Rate | State Benchmark | SB Variance | National Benchmark | NB Variance |
I'm trying to re-organize the data as follows:

Org ID | Submission ID | Name | State | Rate | State Benchmark | SB Variance | National Benchmark | NB Variance | Rate | State Benchmark | SB Variance | National Benchmark | NB Variance |
I can't seem to use the CrossTab tool, because it only allows for 1 column/data value, so I'm wondering how best to accomplish this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
