I want to convert below formatted Input table into output table. I tried Cross Tabs & Arrange blocks but had a hard time. Can anyone help me out with this?

I need to arrange everything in single concatenated row.

Hey @gopi1987

The best way to approach this is to identify the start of a new line, for example I used if region is populated but you can use whatever makes sense for your data.

Once this has been identified, you can add an ID which groups the records and then makes transposing/crosstabbing the data much easier.

Here is the sample workflow for your case. Hope this is helpful.
