The reason why Find Tool or Ctrl-F do not work

Does anybody know why either Find Tool or Ctrl-F command would not work on my Alteryx Designed v. 2020.4?  When I either click the Find Tool command or the combination of the Ctrl-F within a workflow, nothing happens. I'm running the designer on the Windows 10 machine.

Did the window get hidden somewhere unexpected? Try restoring your Designer UI to the defaults and see if resetting the position of your window fixes this for you. 

To reset your UI follow this in Designer:
Options > User Settings > Restore Defaults

Thank you!  The reset cleared whatever issue I had and it didn't reoccurred after  I put back my customization.
