If the error isn't caused by a rename of the macro, it's probably because the person who packaged the workflow didn't include this macro in the package.  Contact them.

If you're in an organization that stores all their macros in a central location, maybe a network drive, make sure that you have access to that location.

Thank you for details,

i'm currently not renaming any macros. below highlighted is package and when export all the required files are shown in screenshot. I'm aware that there are no additional files/Macros are required to run this workflow, kindly suggest.

currently i'm using lower version of Alteryx (2020) where as its developed in 2021 version would it cause any issues?
