Teradata bulk Loader Account Issue

Hi,

 

I'm trying to use Teradata bulk loader as my source to extract data from Teradata instance. While the connection establishes successfully when I validate the query, the workflow fails when I run it. The error is:

 

"Initiate: The UserId, Password or Account is invalid. Type1"

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
