Substract formula

Hi Alter,

I request your help on below, I have two rows with Jan to Dec sales data where I need to subtract row 2 to row 3. I tried multi field formula but not getting it correct in the new field , need a help. For for Jan I expect 486846-10444

I approached this by transforming the data a little to make the calculation a bit easier. Check out the attached solution and let me know what you think.
