Starting with Alteryx

So, in my company we work with several log databases, and is this case, we are studying one related to a client in the bus business. So i have

imported to Alteryx a csv file of about 6 gb,with 4.6M rows and 50 fields per row,  and i am starting to extract insights of this information.  The first

problem that i find, using results tools, is that the graphs only show me the most 20 significant values, for example i would like to see more, for example

tickets sold per month in the graphs for the period 2016/2017/2018-36 months.

How do i group two fields, for example i want to extract the total number of tickets sold per month, the total of sales per month, by device, etc. How do 

i compare for example the complete ticket sales by price and by numbers of 2016 vs 2017. Any tutorials to do this regularly?.

Attached is a snippet of the csv from the database, from 2015 and 2017.
