Sorting and extracting the data from database

Guys  I have a situation where i have got  different SKU which are being shipped to different countries with unique order no.

Now i have to find out/extract/identify the last order shipped with the help of delivery date along with quantity of the particular SKU for the given country.

Database attached over here

example : 

order highlighted in red is the last order delivered till date for United Kingdom

order highlighted in Blue is the last order delivered till date for Switzerland

order highlighted in Pink is the last order delivered till date for Ireland..

Likewise for other SKU as well 

and if there is no delivery date that means that order has not been shipped yet
