Hi all,
It is not a question, more of a tip for all that work with Snowflake!
Snowflake released an update (at least in Azure US-East 2), which results in an error message for both the data input and data stream out tools.
The error displayed is:
[Snowflake][Snowflake] (25)
Result download worker error: Worker error: [Snowflake][Snowflake] (4)
REST request for
URL #URL
failed: CURLerror (curl_easy_perform() failed) - code=91 msg='SSL server certificate status verification FAILED'.
The solution to overcome this is to install the most recent version of the ODBC driver from: https://sfc-repo.snowflakecomputing.com/odbc/index.html
I don't know whether these issues are also at other instances, or that they are Azure US East-2 specific.

Hi @yalmar_m
Thank you for sharing that solution with our community and with us!
I will share that information with the support team, in case another user has the same error and doesn't see your post, and with our development teams.
Would not having the latest odbc driver cause a general data stream out error from Snowflake?
Getting this error when fetching 200 rows out of SnowFlake within the data stream out:
Hello,
I am also experiencing a similar problem, but my error reads "SSL connect error"
However, updating the Snowflake ODBC driver did not resolve the problem for me. I have updated to 2.21 from 2020-03-11T01:21:06
Alteryx, I am looking forward to a solution soon. Please let us know here as well. Perhaps it will resolve similar connection challenges. My connection was working fine before March 10, 2020.
Thanks,
