My workflow is set to have multiple input sources connected to the same database. This seems to be causing issues when they are trying to connect simultaneously. The sessions are used as parallel processes which pulls the same type of statistics for each source.
Is there a way to control the sequence of operations on input so that the next session doesn't start until the previous one is complete?
If you are using dynamic inputs, you can chain them together by use of an APPEND Fields tool. Once an input is complete, calculate the # of rows output via a SUMMARIZE tool and then append that to the input to the next dynamic input incoming record (note: you can de-select the field and not really append it). Now each Query will stall the next query from running.
