We are updating the requirements for Community registration. As of 7/21/21 all users will be required to register a phone number with their My Alteryx accounts. If you have already registered, you will be prompted on your next login to add your phone number.
I have scheduled a workflow in gallery. I have updated the events tab in the workflow to send an email to a list of recipients if the workflow fails due to some reason by selecting the "After run with errors". I am not getting any email when the workflow fails in the schedule. Just to cross-check, i updated the same workflow to send an email "After Run" and I got the email notification then.
Can anyone please tell me why the event "After run with errors" not sending email notification when the workflow fails in gallery. PLease find the screenshot of the error of the workflow in gallery attached.
I really apologize about this issue. We made an update to the Email tool and had unforeseen consequences in the Email Events. Our recommendation is to upgrade to the 2019.3 patch release, 2019-3.5.17947. I know this is incredibly frustrating after having just upgraded your Designer build. Again, I apologize about this issue, it was of course not our intention to break this functionality.
