Selecting the ROWID Pseudocolumn from Oracle OCI

I would like to select the ROWID Pseudocolumn from an Oracle OCI.  When I use the command SELECT ROWID, C.* FROM C_PART_CONFIG C with a Connect In-DB tool to do this, I get the following error message:  You have found a bug.  Replicate, then let us know.  We shall fix it soon.

Has anyone else attempted to do this and gotten the same error?
