Select X number of records for each value in a field

I have data with thousands of records including a "category" field. I'm writing that data to Excel, naming the file according to that category.

Is it possible to select, say 50, random records for each category?  I already have the write to Excel piece down.

Hi @TeamTJ ,

This is the way I would do it. The sample tool has the ability to generate a random sample but not a random sample with a specific number of records.
