Scatterplot Legend Location Not Working

The Scatterplot Tool Legend Location selector (on Plot Elements tab) does not appear to work. Selecting any option results in a legend that is still in the upper left hand corner

Hey @cs11 

I think you have found a bug! I have confirmed the same in 2019.3

Send an email to support@alteryx.com to get this logged, make sure you build a sample to send them so they can see what you are doing as well as what version.
