I am looking to auto save email attachments, which are sent to a shared mailbox, to a Sharepoint folder.
I've tried configuring Outlook Input Tool but have not had success in establishing a connection to my personal mailbox. We are on Outlook 365 and I don't believe the Outlook Input Tool is configured to work with Outlook 365.
In terms of using Access, I was able to connect Alteryx to my personal mailbox to read emails & attachments.
However, this method does not allow me to read the contents of the attachments and I was not able to connect Access to the shared mail account.
Any suggestions on what other methods I need to try?
At this rate, I may need to leverage Microsoft Power Automate to download email attachments, which is not ideal.

I havnt tried to do this myself, but I was able to find a few articles on this post that should help you out!
"Take a look at this article. I would also try this connector (Please note, this connector is not supported by Alteryx) it has the option to save the attachment to a location."
