Run the same workflow seperately for a dynamic number of inputs

Looking to use a Dynamic input tool to find all the files in a directory containing a certain string, then run the same workflow for each, one at a time, and output to separate files. I won't be certain how many files will come in, so the cycle would have to be able to dynamically input and run the files through.

This is possible to do?
