Hello, i am new to alteryx and i have encountered an issue trying to modify my sheet into a desired format. i would be incredibly thankful for any assistance or hints to produce needed workflow...

Hi @Crypto_raccoon,

Firstly a huge welcome to the Alteryx Community. Just for future info, this post would be more suited to the Designer Discussion board rather than 'Analytics Hub' which is Alteryx's Next Generation Server product.

Here is a screenshot of how I would attack this problem in Alteryx, but you will quickly learn that there are many ways to achieve the same outcome using different techniques.

I would suggest giving this a go and please let me know if this helps?
