Hello,

I would require assistance in building a formula for the below logic

a) Hire = 0 and Joiner =1 then Hire =1

b) Hire = 1 and Joiner = 0 then Hire =1

c) Hire = 1 and Joiner = 1 then hire = 1

d) Hire =0 and Joiner = then Hire = 0

Thank you.

Use formula tool, select Hire as the output column and use the below:

IF [Hire]=0 and [Joiner]=0 then 0 ELSE 1 ENDIF

I assumed that both column only have 1's and 0's, let me know if this is not the case.
