Reporting from several groups

Dear All Members,

 

I have data taken from a web server, in the report there are several groups of reports as below:

I want to combine the data into a single report as below:

Please find the attached sample report. Really appreciate the advice and help from all of you.

@Ar13f Hi, couple of questions:

 

1. Are input sources different or comes in one excel file?

2. Can you share schema for better understanding? I see names appear in different columns but currency info is inconsistent in schema structure.

The Answer :

1. in one excel file (in one sheet)

2. actually I just want to move the title of each report into the "source" column

@Ar13f  solution is already provided however, just sharing a trick to move source automatically based on what is updated in input column. Happy solving 🙂
