And i want the output as attached in image file.
Condition:-
Based on the second file which states Warning/Error we should highlight the main file.

@vijaylnyadav
I can created the column rules one by one, but not by batch.
Hope someone has better idea.
Hi,
I want the result based on the two files we received.
Do we have something else for this based on the two files received.
Hi @vijaylnyadav,
I think the @Qiu provided you with the correct answer to your problem.
In the first post, you have mentioned the requirement and it looks like @Qiu works as expected. The only thing you need to do it to replicate this for other columns.
For empty entries yellow color, for fail (40/100 is passing) i.e below 40 red should be highlighted.
I think i am not able to make understand the exact condition.
Let me rephrase the question.
Condition:
Main File - The detailed file with all details.
Supporting File - file with warning/error messages.
Now based on the supporting file we have to highlight the main file.
Using the roll number which is common on the both we have to highlight the warning with yellow and red with error.
Bases on the solution provided by @Qiu we are not getting all the error or warning messages using find and replace tool.
here i want all the error messages.
Please help me on this.
Hi, @Emil_Kos there no doubt on this solution.
But i want to the highlight should be done based on the file on warning.error messages.
Because this is a sample data and the actual data which i have is totally based on the warning/error message file.
That's y I am requesting to use both the file based on this I can used that on my real data.
It took me a while.
To make it work you need to structure the data in a different way. We need one row for each Roll number:
There should be 4 configurations for each of the columns. 2 based on columns (error, warnings) and 2 based on values(empty, less than 40)
Whole workflow:
I have made it work for English only so you need to replicate the logic for rest of positions but it should be quite simple as you have an example.
