Replace Null Value Based On Approximate Match from other column

I am working with a large dataset of apartment address information and need to update the "residences name" for several of the records. The residences name can be matched to other records with in the data set based on the address. See example below. Need a formula or tool that will update the below records from Null to the an existing address match within the dataset. If no match found would like to change the null value to read house. In the screen shoot below Null Values for Residences name for address to 1900 Knightsbridge or 11700 Luna Road can be matched to other complete records in the data set.
