Render tool PDF, bold an italic are not available

Hi,

I have a render tool of a report text that has bold and italic Arial font.  When rendering the PDF file, I get a warning message and the bold or italic text shows as normal Arial font in the PDF file. The font is installed on my PC, what could be the source of this issue?

Hi @parefr , try restarting Alteryx and then run your workflow again, as this worked for me once I faced this issue. If still you are facing the same issue try connecting with the Alteryx support at support@alteryx.com.

Also, I tried creating a temporary pdf it works.
