Hello all,
i am trying to remove the eliminated entries from the population (Example table showing below), but we only have identifier of account number, entity number and balance. We would like to have the netting entries be removed from the population and populate into a result (see below). I couldn't come up with a better idea how to do this. Can anyone kindly provide a great idea or advise how to do this?
Data
1 | 123456 | ABC | -100 |
2 | 123456 | ABC | 100 |
3 | 123456 | ABC | 100 |
4 | 123456 | ABC | 200 |
5 | 123456 | ABC | 100 |
6 | 123456 | ABC | -100 |
7 | 123456 | ABC | 200 |
8 | 123456 | ABC | 100 |
Result
JE No. | Account Number | Entity Number | Amount |
4 | 123456 | ABC | 200 |
5 | 123456 | ABC | 100 |
7 | 123456 | ABC | 200 |
8 | 123456 | ABC | 100 |

Hi @jsh098
Does this make sense to what you're trying to get as a final output?
Using the Multi-Row Formula, I was able to create a Net Amount and filter out the positive balance in order.

Thank you Ryan!
Hi @ Thableaus
I saw your flow try to calculate the accumulative balance, but i don't think this would help to be a great resolution for multiple entities. However, your multi-row formula gives me a good hint to work on this.
Thank you
Multi-Row formula has the option to group by a field, so you could group by entity and the balance would restart every time an entity was found.
