RegEx Match not working as expected

My formula is to flag every email that matches below pattern:

Z0000@domain.com
or
0443@domain.com
or
5643@domain.com

RegEx debugger shows working formula but Alteryx doesn't filter the records at all:

Regex_Match([MAIL],"^([Z])\w+@")

Where is my mistake?

The regular expression listed would work for the first email listed but not for the other two. The following RegEx may be more useful when finding emails: ^[\w-\.]+@[\w-]+\.+[\w-]{2,4}$
