We are a start up and have Alteryx Designer license only. We want to integrate the dashboard (output of Insight) with our web application. I will appreciate if someone can comment on our options to accomplish this?

To share Insights you would need Alteryx Server.  Insights can only be published to the Alteryx Gallery, and no option for external sharing is currently available.  Please make a request in the ideas page on the Community.  This will let Alteryx know what you hope to have in the product.

Is Publishing to MS Power BI an option?

you can publish data to PowerBI, but not Insights.  They can only be published to the Gallery.

What about if add Alteryx Analytics (gallery), we already have Alteryx Designer.
