Would you be able to help me on the below? 

I am trying to split BEJING/Longdon/ Beijing? 

How do I split this? how do I get rid of the slash, commas ?

There's a Text to Columns tool. Just specify / as the delimiter. If you have more than 1 delimiter you can specify them all (e.g. /,.). Set the appropriate Number of Columns for your data.

The solution to your Question, is text to columns tool. What you need to do is put "/" in Delimiters (see image). I have also attached the workflow for your reference.

This is solution that you will get.
