R tools setup error: Alteryx looks for wrong path

When running a R tool in 11.0.5, I get the following error message: 'The plugin " C:\Program Files\Alteryx\R-3.3.2\plugin\x64\\AlteryxRPluginEngine.dll" could not be loaded: The specified procedure could not be found.'

The AlteryxRPluginEngine.dll file exists in the right location, but Designer seems to have a double backslash \\ before the file name that prevents it from loading.

Are there any fixes for this? Likely can't update to more recent versions of Designer due to company policy.

Solved by full reinstall.
