Publishing to AWS SNS topic

Hello Community, 

I'm exploring whether Alteryx is able to publish out to an AWS SNS topic. I do see that there is an Amazon S3 Upload tool, however, not sure if this would enable what I am looking for. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
