Problems combining scheduler with listrunner

We have built a process that uses a listrunner that we would like to schedule so it can run overnight. For this purpose we have bought Alteryx Desktop automation. There are 8 processes in total part of the listrunner and we have built them in a way that a failure of one process will stop the listrunner. Running the process with the listrunner as is (not in the scheduler) results in no problems and good output is generated. The issue is that the scheduler works and starts our master workflow as it should, but when it comes across the listrunner it just stops and gives no errors. In overview of the schedules it shows, as a result, that the workflow ran successfully, but no output is generated.

We ran the workflow in scheduler DB (as On Disk corrupts the process). We use Alteryx Designer x64 version 2021.3.4.00445 (server enabled) on an Azure VM. To start the listrunner we have tried to move the processes to a local disk, made sure the workflow path in the workflow dependencies is set to All UNC, and we have removed the listrunner from the process and put it in a macro. What could cause this problems and are there other options we can try to solve the problem?
