Problem updating values - Action tool

Hello, I am working to turn my workflow into an app and I do not know what features work for this.

I tried having one file browser and one action tool (for each tool of the workflow) and connecting all the action tools to the file browser. It does not update the value.

This is the result the workflow gives me, I want to upload a new file and for it to give me the following dates: 2022-01-23 and 2022-02-5

I have attached the sample workflow (SAMPLE) that gives me the result in the picture, and I attached the file (sample2) that is to be uploaded through the file browser that should have "2022-01-23 and 2022-02-05" as a result one the app (wand) runs. Please help me know how I can do this.
